I got a back handle ms201 with 12 " bar. My go to chipper saw and generally sub 8inch saw.

I bought it for carving, but spends alot of its life just cutting stuff up. It's the non autotune one, was about 200quid second hand and has been faultless. Deffo got a zippy non shit one.

New I'd be looking at a 360wes or little dolly 4100 ( or whatever the number is)

I've got a lovely little 242XP sat doing nothing. Not sure what it's worth, but I'd part with it.....

Ratman. having a PhD in sarcasm doesn't pay as well as being a dr does. can you recommend some saws with a lower price tag?
so far the echo 360 is top for me
