If your used to a splitter then yes your going to get more bits as each log is not individually crafted. However you will get the same issue with putting stuff through a 12 way on a processor. 

 

Both will give you more useable volume per man hour.

I had some Artisanal vodka given to me at Christmas.

No idea who this Arti is or how he makes his vodka but it tastes OK. 🤣
