I dont understand how that will work.

 

You need some structure to cost up.

 

Unless I'm missing something.

 

This might not make sense as I've been to the pub:thumbup::thumbup:

 

You do need a structure to each job, but I've found that the structure to each job is different. I.e Some jobs it's just me and no kit, others me and kit, others a few men and some hired kit. A lot of people have one set of kit and one set of staff, so it's easy to price on an hourly rate. I'm now looking at the job deciding I want say £200 quid out of it, the extra labour is going to cost me £150, It's gona be easier to hire a big chipper in (150) and a big skip to get rid of the rubbish (100) So my day there is £600. Making it £75/hr. Whereas removing a small cherry tree in a back garden by myself needs me and my chipper. I want £100 for a mornings work, so £150 easily covers everything making £37.50 an hour. I.e Massive difference between the numbers if that makes sense, whereas the money I earn stays similar - When I've got work............
