£150 Is about spot on :thumbup:. I must be stupid me and Mistahben off here have just taken down 3 Ash trees and numerous others . And I gave all the timber to the customers neighbour for a bottle of wine :blushing:. Ah well at least we didnt have to shift it off site .

Andy, we need to talk. Next time you take some ash trees out give me a call.I'd gladly make you a csh offer for the wood........or a crate of wine?

A lot depends on quality though Doug my wood is pretty crap mixed loads, not barn dried for two years, I live in one of the dampest places in England. If it was better i'd charge £150 a load.

 

There is a guy down at Gweek area who is selling green hemlock and spruce in one of those single axled unbraked ifor trailers for £80 a load.......yes, i said £80!!!:thumbdown:The trailer is about 5'x5'x1'deep.

 

We should all put our prices up if thats the score!
