Always the same at auctions, people go daft. Seen stuff go for more than new before! Never goes that way when your selling though eh

Aint that the truth! :D

 

Yeh, auctions are a funny old place. People get caught up in the buzz I think, or maybe feel they cannot leave empty handed?

Daft for sure. I always right my top bid down in the catalogue so I don’t carried away and stick to it. The whole ‘well I’ve come all this way’ doesn’t stack up to me, there’s always someone who doesn’t need to make money at it ?

 

Buying new can often work out the cheapest over the service life of stuff, if you buy right anyway. Had a few bargains that turned into money pits like everyone else I imagine.
