Hell fire!!! Whats road tax and mpg on that??? Cummins will be reliable at least if theyre anything like whats in hgv’s

Old style road tax system. The cummins maxes out at 4500rpm. 21mpg on a run but depends on gearing. 05 5.9 straight 6 is 325bhp and 610lb/ft torque. Torque low downs wHat you want for towing. My 4.7 V8 car has 240bhp and 300lbft as a comparison.  I get about 11mpg towing and 7mpg in town.

Anybody had trouble with chassis on a Navara pick ups

Didn't get one after looking at the Nissan Navara snapped chassis group on Facebook 26000 members  to date! To be fair it did seem that Nissan were relatively good about honouring there anti corrosion warrantee

The ones that export for top dollar are usually the solidest most reliable ones. Pre d4ď Hilux, old shape mazda/rangers are the ones I know of making strong export money. Which is also handy as when your finished with them you can sell them for decent cash as well.

6k should get you something well decent I'd say. I'd be more interested in well looked after low miles pre dpf older pickup than a newer one with alloys and heated seats myself
