It more about tidying up clutter, look at all that bulk you'd be getting rid of just by using a spliced eye.

 

Knots and stoppers get in the way

That biner is not the one I normally use, I have two of the biner with the green gate (dmm I think) which I use on the lockjack Tim, I think that was the biner on the other end of the tape sling which I use to extend the LJ away from me which goes on my bridge :thumbup1:

Tim surprisingly it did! That was my initial thoughts with regards to bend ratios but the system works well as you can tailer make the bridge to your height. Not my ideal set up though i prefer Knots:001_tongue:
