Sena Headset Spares

Hi all,

Has anyone managed to come across anyone breaking or repairing the Sena headsets in the UK?

I currently have a 10S which is a great tool, however a rogue branch managed to snag the microphone lead which appears to have had a lower breaking point than the force needed to unplug the mic from the loom.

Needless to say i now have great Bluetooth radio set but am left talking to myself like a deranged tree monkey.

Any advice would be grateful, would like to think that a £3 wiring loom could be replaced without having to spend £70+ for a new base mount.

Cheers.

We have a set of 4 and all have had problems with wires getting snagged etc.

Every time we send them off to Sena and they sort it for us. Have a feeling they would do it at no cost but don’t hold me to that because it goes through my boss. I do recall him applauding the customer service and talking about no cost.

One of my Sena 10s has a failing battery that won’t hold its charge. Does anyone know if the battery is available?
I’ve search ‘tinternet but to no avail.

Are the batteries detachable? I've got one that doesn't get used if you want to scavenge it. From memory its a 10r
