Over heating

I've a small loader, lambardini engine, water cooled and it keeps boiling the water in the radiator.

Radiator is clean externally.

Water pump seems to be working.

Thermostat removed.

Did a dose of rad flush, so clean internally.

Radiator seems to run freely.

Fan works fine.

Radiator and engine are red hot after about 15 minutes.

Radiator is hot all over, no cold spots.

Any thoughts?

Engine would run fine, but would lose water and get hot...

Yeah,  she was losing a tiny bit of water, that's why the head gasket was replaced, which has cured the water loss, but still over heating

Wouldn't like to say then. I had similar problems when I was younger with an old Hilux, bought it thinking it would probably need a head gasket when it actually had a cracked head....£1500 I knew all about it ☹️
