Can someone tell me if this is a 2nd extension on my crane that currently locked out with a pin, or possibly a manual extension? Currently just the end one comes out and that maxes out the hoses for the grab, but that looks like it has 2 extensions to me. Just looking for some guidance before I go pulling the pin to see what happens!

That could be a pin boom but if it maxes the hoses out its possibly just a stub.

 

It will take a pin boom if you can find one.

I think it may extend as after trawling google images I've found the same crane looking like it has two extensions in the same arrangement, will have to take off the grab pipe and see what happens.

Seriously, if you disconnect the grab pipes then pull the pin, you'll find out then without knackering anything.

If it is a manual extension don't be tempted to leave it out when lifting something heavy very close in, you may bend it, its designed to be put back in before the hydraulic on goes back in.

How do you find chipping into your box with no roof, mine was great until it got really full then the chip Ramos off the remaining stuff and a bit spills over which is annoying. Think I need to make a sheet, or removable metal roof, not sure which will be easiest to work with Though.

It does spill over a bit if you try to brim it, a proper roller tarp with sides would be the best with a front mounted crane I think.

Yeah I spoke to Harsh last week, was over a grand, I think we can put up with manual sheeting and I sheeting for the price difference.
