Does anyone know the implications and what to do to change front mounted close couple pto chipper to standard rear mounted tractor. Is it a matter of changing the linkage set up,or is pto in reverse direction?Any tips cheers

Yes it runs the other way.

if its a schiesling then just bypass the reverser and run a shaft from the tractor straight to the fly wheel, all the chipper has is an extra shaft running to the reverser then back up onto the standard pto adapter. you will need a bit welding and grinding, but you could easily make it adaptable to front and back with the same machine. or i can sell you either lol
