I had similar problems with my 125 TW . I took cover off the stress box near the belts and it was Wet / Damp. I blew it dry with the airline and did the same to the control box on the top of the feed table . There were some rusty connections which I changed . Sealed all boxes after a spray of wd 40 . All was good . Did have a dodgy wire once but thats another story lol .

If its the kohler 25hp engine then I would guess at either the feed to the auto feed box is faulty, the little regular thing that is part of the engine is faulty or if your really unlucky the magnets on the engine flywheel have fell to bits and destroyed the stator rotor thingy.

If it aint the kohler engine then feel free to totally ignore the above. :001_smile:

If you can find the solenoid that controls the flow for the hydraulics then disconnect the wires and see if that works. Then trace it back from there.

I had a problem on site not so long ago with someone elses chipper. Turned out a new battery fixed it. Try connecting jump lead onto the battery when your running it to confirm whether it's a problem with that.

Failing that double check hydraulic filter and electrical connections, try bypassing the stress control and see what happens.

Try timberwolf tech if you can't fix it on 01449765820 they should be able to sort you out.
