Yes it is. 

back when I was in school (year 5) I got in trouble for printing it on a school computer :)

When I had a allotment, there was this old boy who told me the best way to stop a thief is keep your shed door open with a shovel on a string above.
He went on to explain the only person who'd got their face mashed in was himself, when a bit pissed and forgetful.
