There is one near me (planted by Edward James ....to see when I return home ) and I mistook it for an Ash initially . Purely from the leaf formation . If I click on your link and zoom in as much as I can  it culd be similar but it is very hard to tell without a close up .

Had to google it for comparison - leaves and bark do look remarkably similar.

 

I'd guess ash, and if I'm wrong, whatever it is would have been my second guess.

I think its an ash from looking at the google street view picture, the chunky size & growth pattern of  twigs look vey ash like, still pic is not very good though...
