I thought all Gov. records have to be digital and online by now ?  If I can search the Land registry online - why is this happening to poor Gary ? K

What planet do you live on Khris?

Most of the Manchester Metro BCs don’t even have interactive mapping showing TPOs.

CAs are downloadable PDFs generally, but you need to be conversant with the area to even know what map your address may be on.

Its tough up North:D

Councils can't charge more than 10p per A4 sheet. So for a TPO about £1. But that won't stop some charging more. Electronic versions should be free.

Do you want to tell Stockport Council? Or shall I? :hmmmm:

Stockport MBC Land Charges will supply a full copy of the TPO, after a written request, for £39.60 inc Vat :scared1:, or just the map and schedule for £22.80 + Vat    https://www.stockport.gov.uk/tree-preservation/request-copy-of-a-tpo

There's nothing on their website to request a 'free' PDF that I can find. You can however use their online mapping to check if there is an order first.
