had one for a while but the novelty quickly wore off..found it wore out blades quicker and wore the scabbard faster because when drawing out the blade your pulling it out from a funny angle as opposed to hanging off the harness where you dont grate against the scabbard when drawing it so easily...thats just what i found though....

He he- on that note, the first time i used mine i hadnt done it up tight enough or something, and i sliced the velcro strap!!

would like a pic to see how you fixed yours in

tried various ways but not totally happy

love mine on the floor but not up tree mine has hung from my harness for far too many years

Good for climbing, does get in the way when feeding the chipper
