I met a couple of mates last night who do a lot of buying and selling on eBay, and some of the stories made my skin crawl.

They really do seem to be friends of shitbags and thieves.

 

I’d put them up there with Nike, BT, PayPal and Yell as utterly morally bankrupt companies.

I sent the seller a message when this thread appeared stating that it was a fake heap of shite.

After I "won" i sent him another message stating that unless he'd send me a real husky he'd best not bother posting it. Distance Selling Rules give any online buyer 14 days to reconsider in most cases, and I reckoned with the obvious errors in his listing, the false information etc he'd not have a leg to stand on.

 

 

Item is now relisted, with some added slander...

I sent him another message urging him strongly to remove my username (though who is gonna write my username down to check later when I buy things after seeing that? it won't matter) and amend his listing to remove the suggestion he's selling a husky.

I doubt he will, so probs it will happen again....

I've just messaged him that it is a cheapo copy and suggesting that he may get lots of hassle all the while he claims it is a genuine 395 - and that the previous winning bid was fair for a genuine one so why does he think it was stupidly high????.
