yeah i think it probably could. the core is removed and a dyneema webbing (type thing) is inserted where the eye will be. its then buried into place and stitched closed. or at least thats what i think happens....

Wow, didn't expect it to be done like that.

 

Shame you couldn't make it to the Queensland Arbor Camp Drew. Not much splicing happened here.

So here's my attempts over the the last 24 hours on and off 9mm Samson tenex 2 adjustable whoopies with pinto rigs attached and a 4M spiderleg ballencer ......not bad really for £22 considering a spiderleg is around the £45 mark....?
