I no it's easier said than done mate but I try my hardest to only think about the tree and the job in hand while u are cutting and climbing the only saw related accident I have had in twenty years was when my mind was on my other half we had a really bad argument end she said she was leaving and taking my little girl with her I had finished the tree I was reducing and when doing the last cut I one handed the saw not thinking wear my left hand was and followed through and got the back if my left hand the cut looked much worse than it was but I learned that day to try my best to not take distractions going in my head up the tree with me hope u heal quick mate
