My stuff arrived today. Complete climbing kit ready for my CS38 course at the end of March. I was really impressed with the service. They phoned to say there was an issue with their comuter system so payment was stalled, they then called to tell me that a 3rd party was delivering the last component of my order on Monday and my order would then be shipped. Today my wife signed for it. A DAY before it was due!

 

Thanks for the stuff HB, there will be more orders winging their way in future!

Bit the bullet, ordered a rope wrench.

 

HB had it on it's way the same afternoon.

 

UPS managed to deliver it a day late due to a retarded driver who either can't read or never tried to deliver it in the first place (no card through door?). Mate had the same thing last week. Luckily left on step next day (not signed for!).

 

Great stuff from Honeys as per, give UPS a kick up the rear from me though!
