Nah mate, did it on a Friday, out of hospital Sunday, back at work Wednesday morning.

My biggest problem was knocking over my cups of tea for about 3 months.

I never thought much about it earlier. I didnt mean to be insensitive in my comment. Ive got used to my brother loosing fingers neatly and no pain. But yes its inconvenient and can be horrendous if its not taken off right. I know its better to take them clean off than try to rebuild in many cases. Its also suprising how many digits are missing. Im the first to admit i should of lost a few bits. Keep going. Lifes no fun waiting for it to happen.

Ahh pleased to hear that, mind you I think knocking cups of tea over is pretty terrible, especially on a cold day.

Ha I can top that.

A twig scratched my face this morning and the salty sweat pouring out of me had it stinging all day. I didn't go on about it though. (mostly because I haven't seen anyone today :D)

Bloody hell how did you cope? I would have downed tools and gone straight to A+E
