ive been to an ostepath, didnt help....yet to try a chiropracter. i have sports massage which helps more than anything. i have an appointment with a physio this afternoon, be interesting to see what she recommends.

 

in the meantime im happy with a mask!!!!

Morning Mick, got the day off as the car is at the garage – sat at home now with no wheels – what fun!!

...cranial chiropracty - manipulating her skull bones into place. It's a bit late for that in our cases though!

 

Do you think it would work on some of my traniees? Or Dean could try cranial therapy on the guys who keep trying to break into his place, all you need is a big stick:thumbup:

I carn't believe it, it's been very windy all weekend but not a single call out.

Just started bouncing it down here, and it's going in skyhucks direction, the rain should be with you in about 20 minutes dave:biggrin:
