How quickly do people find the perspex glasses\goggles gey trashed when climbing? Never tried it but always get **** in my eye. When carving I use goggles both perspex and mesh kind but mesh is irritations nd perspex always steams up\scratches.

Any magic solutions?

I got the vertex vent perspex vizor, supposed to be scratch proof-it aint and its shite in the wet.

It lasted a week, back to goggles or a mesh visor when chipping.

Bolle safety glasses. Anti fog coating on them so they take a bit to steam up. I wear these under a normal visor as my main eye protection. I have a set of clear and polarised for full days and a pair of smoke for sunny days. Reasonably cheap considering and I wash them under water to save wiping the coating off with bits of sawdust.

Doesn't it bug you when getting hit in the face with chip directly from the saw. Mainly avoidable but sometimes not. It bloody hurts sometimes.

Not for me. Glasses and visor works awesome. Closer fit of the glasses gives better protection and double as shades.
