Don't tell me Tom - he'll start off climbing for a bit of fun... then it'll be a bit of climbing at the weekend to help dad... then a couple of days off school... it's a good idea but not sure it's legal! :001_tt2: a young fit energetic climber and all for a healthy £1-50 an hour + packed lunch!

what on earth are you on about Rob?? Thats just crazy speak, paying chikldren and what have you.

 

 

My plan was 50p/hour and he can forage for his dinner.:lol:

Hi Tommer,

 

My boy went up a tree for the first time yesterday:thumbup:

 

Once he got the hang of the body thrusting technique he was away.

 

I had a Komet Butterfly (small size) in the truck which fitted him fine.

 

Got up this morning, and he wants to go straight up the oak tree in my garden, err son, it is pi**ing down out there:sad:

depending on the age of the child, you may want to look at full body harnesses. youngsters dont have the hip developement to hold them in sit harnesses should they turn upside down. there are a few rock climbing ones available and they are not too expensive.
