I can't stand the rattling sound, it's already doing my nut in. 

So it's either a new one or hack this one about.

I don't own a dremmel.

Here's an upside down photo of the exhaust outlet.... it's the round circular thing that's come adrift. Is that normally welded to the underside of the outlet port?

Halloween face..., and sod it, I've had enough of trying to get it out. One drill-bit broken is enough.

Looks like it would be really loud as well, so a new one it is...

 think you should " cut and shut " ( after removing some baffling } them as soon as you get the saw . Runs cooler , does not fall apart , runs stronger if a little louder .
