If you fill that box it won't tip. its a shame because they are cracking vans but the guys hate it because they have to shovel more than half out if they fill it. We will replace ours in 3 years and I will make sure I never have another ram like it on the tipper. Big mistake on my part.

Looks to be aluminium planking bolts to the original tipper.

 

You would have any close ups of the joints would you? Be interesting to see how's it done. I've recently built ally planking sides for my transit - which I'm happy with but no where near as slick looking as your set up.

It's 3.5t but it does tow another 3.5t, the truck was one which the dealer had in stock but was a tipper package that Iveco do:

2.3L, 150bhp

Electric windows

Cruise control

Air conditioning

Phone bluetooth

Uprated suspension

Diff lock

Sump guard

 

The additional bits were respray, body conversion and fit a tow bar.

Air con and cruise are a great extra. Sitting in 33c in traffic this week in the transit is hellish.
