Having had 2 brushcutters let me down this week iam thinking time for a new one at least 1 new one any sugestions.

The RXT comes with the Balance XT Harness for an Extra £50 more. To buy the harness on its own is £100 and its the best harness on the market no contest!

I have the biggest Kawasaki one they make- can't remember the model no, but it's been totally faultless in 8 years- literally haven't touched it in a mechanical sense. Don't use it all the time but a fair bit during summer and never fails to start after lying dormant through winter

I was using a sub contractors Kawasaki and was sweet and ran very smooth so definitely an option

Husky 545rx 45cc for over £600 or Kawasaki bk53ed 53cc @ £400. On the assumption that the new Kawasaki is as good as mine has been (old model) I know where I would spend my money!

Find it strange no one has mentioned stihl. Yea am looking at Kawasaki online as we speak get a top of the range one for just shy of £400 on mow direct

Is it for running a long thick line or a metal blade?

 

The Kawasaki BK53ED looks identical to the yellow Stiga branded one I bought last year. It's an ok machine for the money, don't know if it would be up to daily use/abuse though

Stihl fs410 are loverly machines to use, and the fs490 is a beast if power is what you need.
