I think he was alluding to a 55 yo man who set himself in fire in a Stockholm plaza on Fraday. He was a white man, most probably a native Swede (watch the video) holding a sign that read "I am 100% sane - the secret police are killers!!"

Here's some "fake news". I used to have a lot of time for the BBC, however their bias is getting beyond a joke now.

 

I'd suggest that doctored images of Trump belong on facebook and not on a news website....
