i was looking at one of them pick ups for my first car/van, but i would get slated at college and work lol :001_tongue:

 

Buy one and put a hyabusa turbo engine in it with chain drive to the rear axle, then YOU will be laughing :001_tt2::001_cool:

You'd definitely have the mick taken, all comes down to whether your man enough to handle it or not. Mines ace, just need a towbar for it to tow the ickle chipper.........

i reckon its definitley a possibility, either something like that or a vauxhall combo or berlingo type van etc :001_smile:

yeah but ben only got a combo because thats what i suggested lol, i think it will all depend on how much money and what comes up after i've passed :001_smile:

van v pick up is a tuff one. pick up is great for carrying stuff but poor for tool storage and vice versa. so if you are mainly cutting and leaving then get a van, if you want to remove and deliver get a pick up

You will have trouble with insurance on vans and pick ups joe, although one of these small trucks would be cheaper...

 

Most comapnys wanted £2500 for my landrover, and when it came to getting insurance on a pick up most companys wouldnt even give me the time of day.
