Waaaaay too thick. Fine in a hot chainsaw tank but no good in a harvester.

As you say good in a nice warm saw, but as you guessed I dont have a harvester

Rye Oil is excellent, but as noted, can be rather thick in the weather we've experienced recently. A drop of paraffin to thin it slightly works fine though. :)

Think that's all it is matey . Notice how it takes twice as long to fill on a cold day .......

Yea that's true. I honestly never actually thought of that. I'm needing some more. I supply the husky stuff but I'll check Clark forest as they're just along the road

I had to run 20wt Flushing Oil in the head for 2000 tonnes to clear out the veg cack. Then chucked in PPS oil followed by Rye, wouldn't oil. Use basic SAE 30 now.

HI, just to let you know we do a 100 c/s option for running in cold weather or for people who struggle to pump the 150 c/s product.

I am happy to pop you a sample over to test.

I'm using canola oil in everyday logging use, it is the best choise when you care for yourself and the enviroment. Has no additives, no problems when oiling set to minimum with a 15 inch bar. @finnlogger

Where do you get that? Never heard of it. Got ten ltrs of the husky mineral chain oil but not tried it yet. Having been using the Oregon super saw chain oil but I'm finding it too thick and not oiling that great.
