Anyone got a knackered grinder??

Evening all, I've been looking for an old grinder for some time as I have a few jobs on for one but it's been a few months and eBay doesn't seem to be chucking much up..

 

As always my desire to never leave the workshop is taking hold and was hoping to find something self drive with a powered head (252 sort of thing)

 

Not worried what's broken so

If you've anything around the yard that your happy to part with let me know either on here or pm, happy to travel 🙂

Keep in mind, that even a knackered 252 or 1625 can easily be in need of spares in the 1k to 4k range. Even if you shop smart.

I will be selling an old Rayco 1625 soon which has a 27hp replacement engine fitted. It works fine, in fact I've been using it all morning, but it is getting rather 'tired' now. The engine is fine, but there is some play in some of the joints. Probably still good for a few years yet though! It comes with a Rayco trailer and has had recent Trailer tyres/bearings, clutch, cutter wheel bearings, 'V' belts, etc.

I need to get its replacement running first. Let me know if you're interested?
