536li every time, 20m/s chain speed and comes on 3/8 mini. Eco mode also extends the battery life if your only doing small stuff. I have all the husky battery kit and it's fantastic!

Have they fixed the thing were the battery drops out on the Husky ?

Yes, There is a new side casing this was 2,3 years back now. Basically added an extra catch on the casing

No they're pricey, €280 over here, I've got three which will get me through most days.

I do not use as much petrol mind.

Is there a noticeable difference in weight Mick? How do they compare to a standard 540xp.

I've got an ms150 but usually just go for the 540 for the extra power.

I think they're a bit heavier than a 150.

Forget about then for most TDs, they haven't the poke, it can't replace a 540 or a 201.

Where they excel is reductions, repollarding, lowering conny hedges, and deadwooding.

I'm really old school but these little battery saws are great. They're always on and always off. No emissions, no noise.

Drawbacks are, titchy chain and bar are very fragile, so if you try and chase a cut through and it doesn't have the speed/power it'll pinch and likely damage either.

I'm a big fan.

Thanks Mick, That's helpful info. I'm starting to get very slight arthritis in my wrists so I've been considering a battery saw.
