Warn 9.5ti

I've got a Warn 9.5ti on my land rover, which has given up. I assume it's the motor but it could be the solenoid, I. Don't. Know a great deal about electric winches. Does anyone have any experience, or know where I can get a new motor from (the ones I've seen in the UK are about £450)?

TIA. Mark

I'd ebay it and buy a cheap (but equally good) winchmax. Been there, done that. The Warn will still pull half decent money in non working order, and I've yet to break a winchmax (even though the ones we have get punished pretty regularly).

I'm in exactly the same boat, mine works but I think it's getting tired so going to swap it for a bigger winchmax. What's a warn series 9 worth spares or repair?
