I bought my ex a food processor one year...she had mentioned several times through the year she wanted one so figured I would get her one, it was a good one too. It ended up in the garage, unopened and unused.

The following year I wrapped it up and put it under the tree again.

 

Its starting to become clear why she's my ex the more time passes.

Many years ago I was given something by my loved one that was "Important, expensive, and showed my love and commitment to you" i was expecting an engagement ring....I got a video recorder....disappointed was an understatement....jewellery is always received well 🙂
