spot on table there mate, how sturdy is it? how is it supported?

 

Nice tight joints on top doesn't go anywhere, doesn't need a support underneath.

could you of left the waney edge on?

 

I left it on right to the end but just didn't look right, maybe if i had done it in two halfs with waney edge on both sides but just looked odd.

The bowl is Beech and the goblet is Sycamore, both finish with beeswax.
