Thanks for the replies, well impressed with th saves edge round files but can't find the flat ones, use bacho in the workshop so maby I will try one of those on the fakers,

What are they? couple of quid each.

 

Can't say I've ever really fretted over quality, they usually get to the bottom of the tool box and disappear in to the "matter" that lies there before they wear out.

I use Bahco round chainsaw files which are in made in Portugal if that means anything.
