Just trying to understand what the procedures are.. Obviously the insurance will deal with it (thanks for your insight Mark) but it is something else to deal with, and premiums are bound to rise... And if a payouts for stupidity occur, it would be a huge injustice... IMO.

Legally, I have no idea.

 

Morally, it depends. If I were to have an injury due to someone else's kit malfunctioning on me, I might feel aggrieved. Then again it's my choice to use that kit and I should know if it's safe.

 

I certainly wouldn't bitch about a flesh wound.

 

I have sued for inadequate sexual harassment though.

If you're gonna do it, do it right.

 

If I can do a loud fart in the succeeding month, it was inadequate.
