japa do a reasonably priced log deck with no hydraulics on, could load with a cheap bobcat with grab on and have a set of pallet forks on as well for moving bulk bags., so you dont have to keep reattaching tractor.

If i were you Samtheman id be looking seriously at bobcats, Theres a few on ebay, i had a quick look before mate
