Starting young.

Isabella turned 1 last week and I turned round after making a brew in time to witness this 18.5kg deadlift attempt.

She's obviously keen to get going, so I've booked her in for her 30/31, and she will shortly be on the employment forum looking for work.

No worrys I've got some sawdust clearing to do..... shall we say 3x orange jelly tots an hour?

If it works out well after a week will put her onto 4x yellow jelly tots/hour but she'd have to be a grafter to earn that!

Noone should have to work for less than 6 jelly tots an hour Rob, you are driving this industry into the ground.

As it happens, she is prepared to work free, 'for the experience'.

Get that 880 sharpened....

Trouble is, Mark, that there is always somebody else's toddler prepared to work for 5 jelly tots an hour

It's a bloody disgrace mate. Minimum wage for 0-2 year olds is 5.5, I've just checked on the Department of Employment website.

5.5 it is then :sneaky2: dam trade unions and minimum wage lark.... they'll be wanting 4 nappie changes instead of 3 next!
