Custom email address

Hi,

I'm looking for some advise on a custom email address.

My current address is free from an American site and I get bombarded with spam, also when emails are sent out to customers it sometimes goes straight into their spam.

This is the main problem as I either find they don't get what I have sent or I have to follow it up which can seem as if I am pestering them.

I do ask for a reply but don't always get one.

I am looking for an email address that will eliminate the spam my end and get through spam the other end.

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers

I will chime in, too. Google understands mail like nobody else. Google Mail (GMail) has never failed me. Your mails do not end in other people's spam, and the spam filter is very efficient in filtering any spam that you receive. And it is not too difficult to set Google Mail up to work with a custom domain email address, although it will cost you a little (Products ? Google Apps for Business | United Kingdom).

The company I'm with has good spam filtering. Plus you can set your email to reject emails first go.

What happens is that a spam mail will not be resent. A genuine one will be automatically resent from their end and your mailbox will then accept it.

Only thing that gets through are the African banking begging letters. A couple per week.
