Hi,

 

Could anyone advise me on some good business software

 

Ive recently set up on my own, as the quotes/invoices etc are building up i'm very fast realising just saving everything in word is getting time consuming and connfusing.

 

Im looking for a package to speed things up and make everything more streamlined.

 

Any ideas much appreciated!

I use invoice2go on the iPad and iPhone and it's bloody brilliant. Cost me £6.99 on the App Store and that's it.

 

Perfect as I can get customers invoiced / quoted on the move without having to be in the office. I believe they have versions for other platforms apart from apple.

i use a guy who would defiantly be able to help you out he even builds Taylor made software to cater for any needs and dose some for a number of large and small company's.

I'll second invoice2go. It's web based so will work on any platform. I have the bells and whistle's enterprise version... buy it on android (same product as it's web based) and you will/did get it half price.

Can I also add that at Xmas, everyone of my clients had paid up. I think people are shocked at the efficiency into paying up.

 

If you have the enterprise version it syncs with all your tablets phones computers and allows you unlimited clients and so so much more. I think it's £50 very well spent. The other week when we had the busy spring rush when everyone rings up, I visited and got out 38 quotes in a week without too much stress. One thing...it doesn't seem to like safari on Mac, so just use chrome. It's all good on iPad and I also use a galaxy note 2 and a moto g, with no problems.
