Didn't even start it as I'm injured :thumbdown: but I've got 1 now don't even care if it's a pile of poo:001_tt2:but it's had a new piston and cylinder and carb, only know that because the old ones came with it![ATTACH]151761[/ATTACH]

How do you know there's a new piston in it if you haven't started it haha

Hope the piston is not a cheap chinker . OEM preferably or Meteor . And check that the reason it needed one has been sorted ( air leak perhaps ) .... Keep the old pot .

 

The first thing I asked was what kind of piston did u replace it with and he said it's was an original and I looked at the old pot and it looks like the 1 that's on it, when I won it he asked for my phone number, so he phoned and explained it had an oil leak so he put it in for repair and that's why it took so long for me to get it.

 

He blamed stihl oil for the piston going, it ls just the exhaust sine that's scored,
