What are peoples predictions for the future: Flooded labour market? Reskilling? Drop in Inflation? Ecologists begging ourside McDonalds? Legal complications with compulsary purchase? Ecological reparations? Thoughts on a postcard
  3. The pulley being a longer distance away from the anchor point also reduces the chance of the system rubbing on the stem/other branches while moving around the canopy. That's one of the benefits of the multisaver's length. As Steve said, cinching only becomes a concern chogging down drt.

  5. Presume they're building an MRig system or some kind of floating canopy anchor? Is it retrievable?
  6. Cheers Rich and Doug. I saw that job post and would have jumped at it but my wife has a final year to complete on her midwifery degree. She does have a Modern Languages degree and TEFL qualification which can only help visa applications. Thanks Vedhoggar and Mike for the heads up. I will have to start contacting some companies and possibly look at moving my plans to spring 2025. My plan was to work abroad for around 6 months. My daughter will be 2 years old by that point. Many thanks for all the help

  8. I am an experienced climber looking into the possibility of working abroad in late 2024. Does anyone have experience moving abroad for work with their family in-tow post Brexit? Are there any companies lurking on here that are interested in UK Climbers? I'd happily travel for a trial week
  9. Must be a hell of a saw to kick up that much dust with the chain on backwards... Or does it run backwards? Because all the website shots have the chain on backwards
  10. Suprised Russ' much abused disco could keep up with you! Dead dead dead today 20230915_091654.mp4

  13. Cable is approximately 1.5m long Tool carrier is inspired by the Buckingham Buck carrier but made with a coat hook from Wilko (RIP)
  14. Is this what you're after or does it need to be self retracting like a tape measure? If correct, please transfer the £200 offered plus P&P... 20230905_083512.mp4
