  1. You're right, kicking myself.
  2. Blundered into it this morning. Second line was just thoughtless. Wordle 1,064 4/6 ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ 🟨🟨⬜⬜🟨 🟨⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  3. Morning all. Glad to hear it went well Stubby! Grass cutting today again. Everyone seems to be on holiday at the same time so I've spent half the week mowing at the river side and today it'll be the paddock. Have a good one folks.
  4. Wordle 1,063 3/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜🟨 🟨🟨🟨🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  5. Annoying today, the actual answer was in the mix for my second guess but didn't go with it. Wordle 1,062 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  6. The ground has dried up surprisingly quickly here too, considering how long it's been wet. Some bits that were just slurry have gone solid and cracked like the height of a heatwave.
  7. Wordle 1,061 5/6 ⬜⬜🟨⬜⬜ 🟨🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟩⬜⬜🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. Morning all. Got some lovely eggs for breakfast. Looking after my mate's chooks again for a couple of weeks, got a dozen eggs on my first visit but they were quite unimpressed by the offerings I took them, need to up my treat game if I'm going to keep them happy! Have a good one folks.
  9. Imagine the response would be "how much an hour!". I remember being in my local dealers and someone came to collect a little saw, they were grumbling about the Β£30 odd repair price as in the end it only needed a new spark plug. The guy calmly explained that they were paying for X years of knowledge to know it needed a spark plug and then fit the correct one, and if the customer had that knowledge they'd happily have sold them the correct part for a fiver, "but you don't" was the end of the grumbling.
  10. I'd have been pretty pleased with the price
  11. Pleased with today's attempt. Wordle 1,060 3/6 🟨⬜⬜🟩⬜ ⬜⬜🟩🟩🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

They were talking about this on the radio the other day, the rise in dine and dash at restaurants. A couple had been in court charged with a catalogue of offences, eating and drinking thousands of pounds worth then just walking out. Restauranteurs were bemoaning how people have such a brass neck and calling for "something to be done", others were pointing out you don't get dine and dash at fast food restaurants or takeaway but the restauranteurs weren't keen to take payment up front.
  13. There are a couple of bolts to undo and the cover with the spout on it opens up, there's a hinge on the cover under the spout.
  14. Wordle 1,059 4/6 🟨⬜🟨⬜⬜ ⬜🟨🟩⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  15. Always think Graham Norton has a similar style to Wogan. Watched most of it last night, think the best of the evening was abba at the end, only spoiled by the handful of current singers paying homage. I'd rather see Agnetha uninterrupted in all her glory.
  16. What is masterblaster?
  17. Did better than recent attempts, one under par. Wordle 1,058 3/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜🟨 🟩🟨⬜🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  18. That what you shouted to the rowing neighbours last night Pete! Morning all.
  19. There are a few disappointed people around thinking the photos they've seen are what the naked eye will see. Was lazy last night, newsnight interviewed the woman that did our tour at Kielder observatory about it, I just fell asleep. Will have a look tonight, we're supposed to be in a high activity spot.
  20. They think it means they're interacting personally with a woman?
  21. Now I'm interested, I've seen his tractor!
  22. Wouldn't know mate, I listen to the archers twice a day and get excited when I see a tractor
  23. Play it cool Gareth, play it cool.
  24. Thought everyone was just playing it cool, not the done thing for older gents to publicly admit to an OF subscription.
  25. Careful, you'll bring on a hosepipe ban, you do know it didn't rain yesterday! How is the hand feeling?
