  3. ??????......... Who???...... Me??? [emoji51]
  4. Thats the long and short of it.... emissions! Takes me ages to get a good ash bed after i’ve given fire a good clean out. So obviously burns very clean / efficiently, but also kills an extra handful of logs each night [emoji6][emoji30] or am i just being tight [emoji39]
  5. Clitheroe, a bit further south than you, your practically on the northern tip of pennines there [emoji106] it’ll be with us in next day or so no doubt! [emoji39]
  6. Cheers MATE!!! [emoji15][emoji109]
  7. Not sure on your brand but if its manufactured in the last couple of years then it will look to burn aggressive all time. All modern stoves burn at a faster rate than older ones, its due to new regs / rules. Mine burns on the “high” side even when shut fully down. I have contemplated taking the bar out and welding some plates over the vent holes to throttle air flow down... just haven’t got round to it yet. Will try upload a short vid of my fire running tonight in full shut down mode. But like i say it appears to be the norm with modern stoves.
  8. Where bouts you at Mr Bill Pierce?
  9. Bloody shame indeed! [emoji30][emoji39]
  10. They full up on the wards now then? They having to put you out in the communal gardens [emoji6]
  11. Slight frost here, couple of squirts of the old de-icer was enough. I absolutely love frost and cold weather, snow etc, think its ace [emoji108] i wind everyone up at work, sat with heater on like a set of old jesses, (i keep turning it off [emoji51]) If they moved about a bit more and did some graft then they’d keep warm! Hate and detest it when its freezing cold and raining though, thats just an arse!!!
  12. Not restricted to one vehicle on a operators licence no, you will just declare what vehicles are applicable according to operators licence rules. Visit the .gov site it’ll explain all.

Evening yolky! Yeah as you’ve said, and also they want the older stuff cos its basic mechanics, they can fix em at side of road using pretty much owt, from a dead cows leg for a leaf spring to a womans turban for a fan belt and the likes. So its pushed prices up on 2nd hand stuff and export market big time. I’ve fancied a crew cab hilux on a 04 ish reg for last 12 months or so, but for one with reasonable mileage, good body and good chassis , your looking at £6k+ [emoji33] one will turn up tho, and i will invest [emoji51]
  25. Suppose even if i did go for a blower / vac, if i didnt gel with the vac scenario, i’ve still got a blower ??
