  1. don't know if it is a paranoia you suffer from that the world is against just you, a vanity that you think you are the centre of the universe, a desperate craving for attention that you look for it anywhere, or just straight up trolling... but an imaginary group of "ATL" chatting in the background to work against you? Seriously? You need to get doing some thinking and perhaps get some help there.
  2. I've asked them if they can count its rings
  3. would something like google or bing maps give enough resolution to work out if they are leaning more - I think with google there is a way to go back in time with the images - might have to look at the street view images to get the best pictures
  4. Ooooh, bigly angry much today? That bear in your head too growly?
  5. Get your message consistent there, in one post wind farms are bad, and wind farms are great. OR.... Windfarms are all bad and your hypocrisy is running red hot just now for taking the money. £2500 in the pocket this week.
  6. Being active does help your brain work better, so yes, anything to help his brain getting any worse is a good thing (but at millions of $$ through the next 4 years while he is sacking everyone, he could pick a cheaper hobby or pick up the tab himself)
  7. So wind farms are bad this morning then? Not payday till Friday and working away from the family to sell your sole to the devil getting at you? Don't worry, they'll be brilliant again when you get that shiny shilling in your hand Friday afternoon. but... on topic... I see there is no hell let loose in Gaza after another weekend of hostages being hostages The Great Trump has effectively said "Only kidding" on his much repeated claims that he would stop the Ukraine war within 24 hours - it is now just a goal to do sometime He has also been exaggerating his golfing claims again - as hurricanes rip through the communities, not a peep except "I did brilliant at golf, me". He is still tearing into the media and trying to limit free speech in the US - and worldwide Stock market... still tanking this morning Trying to find a news story where he has started to achieve any of his election promises really, but failing Great start.
  8. I've got these you can have, a little bit of camp YMCA dancing
  9. Oooh, a nasty windfarm. Ouch that burns the eyes. Hope you scrub yourself well clean this evening working to keep that horrible green energy flowing, get rid of the stench of hypocrisy. But on topic, I see The Huge Trump is turning, accepting that electric cars are the way forward (perhaps only the Swasticars though?), he'll soon be on target for windmills too. You'll soon be the only dinosaur left on the planet
  10. ? You're going to have to explain that one, I'm confused.
  11. I see that as another example of Trumps administration of censorship and rewriting the world according to their viewpoint. Similar techniques used by the old soviet empire, China, North Korea (in fact name a restrictive regime and the parallels are there).
  12. I'd be guessing that reading inside your head, the voice you read with is a reflection of the inside of your head (think that was like 3rd year psychology - 3rd year at school before you get confused again.). Read the words in an angry voice, good chance that the inner voice is angry. Read the words in a calm way chances are the inner voice is calm and collected. Who is the angry one? Though... this is tricky to read in any other way than the way it was written: "You know what SP post up what you want wherever you want on the forum, Be anonymous and put zero about yourself anywhere if you want. If you don’t want to say what you do 🤷‍♂️**************** it 🙋I guess only you knows why. Ain’t no fun in kicking a dog relentlessly. The sites your fantasy land playground 👍crack on. "
  13. I'd concur with that, left wing antics all the way. You do all the work, chip in your time (and no doubt with conservation work, money) and those f'king Red Kites... take take take. What use do they bring to society? They should pay their own way, feck em, keep your efforts and money for yourself, it is the only way to enrich anything. By the way, since you are here, I lost some irony earlier, seen it around here?
  14. I tend to find wicking fabrics start smelling sooner than cotton... but tend to change out of them as soon as I can so its never usually an issue
  15. True to life though, usually Dads fault here also. ps. On topic, brilliant and excellent that the local community have recognised all he does.
  16. Off by a factor of 1000 but that's small change. Many of Trumps announcements are the same, small change compared to the amount he wants to save to buy Greenland. Revert the tax cuts for the richest and he needs to do no more to bring down the budget deficit. He could also stop playing golf every weekend will also cut about 140 million of the budget. We all have to suffer, so should our leaders.
  17. Not heard that one for ages. On the worls laptop, perhaps not one to youtube just now, later
  18. Criticism of The Massive Trump and you are straight in to defend him, The radio thing is just more evidence of Trump walking away from the traditional European allies of the US, and playing into Communist Putins hand.. again...
  19. Here is a recent map of the US that I found, the blue areas are where the population lives. The red areas are pretty much unpopulated. Only saying.
  20. Don't know yet.
  21. Microsoft have just released a quantum chip as well haven't they? or was that with Google (and a side offering of Chinese scientists looking over their shoulders)
  22. I use old pallets, the ones with the three 2x5" (whatever they are) stringers underneath. Cut the 3 stringers in half, 15mm hole centred about 1' from the end, with a piece of 15mm plumbing pipe each joining 2 pieces. Bolted together to make an 'X'. Pipe makes a decent enough bearing and stops the bolts pinching the wood closed. Sides are the top boards of the pallet, mine are cut to about 750mm long, nailed / screwed on so it is all square and the pivots line up. Set it up as a saw horse with the angles you want and then another thick stringer is screwed on each side just under the cross - as it opens up the top of the cross sits on this to stop it opening more. Portable, sits low to the ground so heavy lifting isn't too bad. Can do a bigger version at twice the height too but not protable.
  23. Yes, it was something like Rockefeller, can't remember exactly now. It is all legal but not right when the 'profit' of a sale in one country is seen in another country (coffee being a great example). Close off that loop hole and you'd get a lot of profits taxed - a worldwide problem (however the flip side is that the big insurance firms 'own' the big corporations, get them paying more tax and our pension pots will be smaller... but our tax burden could be reduced to compensate (it wouldn't be) )
  24. Not sure how much that would bring in, usually a lot of small amounts brings bigger returns than a few larger amounts... but the lots of small stuff is usually from the lower rungs of the ladder... his base support so perhaps not the best option (and one I wouldn't do either) Yup, though a lot of loop holes could be plugged... though that will of course affect the wealthy who can afford the accountant to tell them what to do. I'd also look at plugging companies off shore rules (example, Starbucks? I think HQ is in the Bahamas? zero corporation tax and all their shops pay a license fee to them there... equal pretty much to each stores annual profit... same with googles and so on.. that is worth few billion too So far then, plug the loopholes and don't do the tax cuts? Actually that just might be enough. Still don't buy Greenland though.
  25. But if you were in his position, what would you be doing? Easing the taxes on the rich to pass the taxes onto poor, a blanket tax rise? Tax corporations? What do you think the best way to balance the books are?
