  7. I'm not sure how you can finish an article stating that the points are facts when most points stated say probable or probably. Bacon is also a carcinogenic probably according to WHO. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  8. Just nipped to the co op for some bits thought I'd have a quick look, frozen pizza £1.09 2 pizza bases £1.89 plus ingredients to go on them. Yes a bag of rice will last you a week but put meat with it every night and curry paste coconut milk etc and it will cost more than £7 for frozen equivalent 7 times. I shop in bulk frugally and I reckon me the wife and little 1 are about £80-100 a week for everything (big eaters mind) I could easily get 2 weeks out of that at Iceland!! 9. Make that with fresh ingredients for £1 like for like?! It isn't going to happen, a lot of people choose or have to buy this type of food to save money or simply to get by, to say you can eat like for like from fresh ingredients for anywhere near similar money is just wrong! 10. Also frozen chicken pasta bake Iceland £2. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  11. Yes but economically it is still more more money and more effort hence obese people don't want to spend the money and time to make the effort. Easier to pay £2 pound oven on and wait!! Vicious cycle. Healthy people will pay more for fresh healthy rather than frozen equivalent and won't mind cooking it! It makes sense really. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. I agree re better meal but buying fresh food is far more expensive. Walk into your local shop buy chicken breast fillets, fresh pasta, mushrooms, onion, peppers, single cream. Take it home and make a nice chicken pasta it will make 1 meal. Cost will be around £10. Go buy a frozen pizza and chips again it's 1 meal cost will be half, less so in a supermarket. Iceland you can get frozen pizzas £1 same for the chips. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. People are obese because eating fresh healthy food costs a lot already whereas frozen junk food is very cheap. Putting prices up for healthy home grown food just lines your pockets and keeps the obese shopping in Iceland. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

It links to Strava has ABC functions vibration alarms and can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth showing incoming calls, messages and emails etc. Oh it also tells the time.
