Morning all, No frost, clear sky. Easy small job today the maybe some trailer brake adjustments. Delivered some wood chip yesterday, long descent just before the site and wheels/drums were not even warm.

Morning all, Nice frost here. Going to Nottingham with mewp to take down a cluster of sycamores. This is so her defunct oil tank can be lifted out over a wall and away from a large stream/small river. Can’t see why previous owner put an oil tank right next to a watercourse in the first place🙈. And of course this will make absolutely zilch difference to the sale of weapons to those who want to but or sell them. It just makes life more difficult yet again for the law abiding decent majority of us. Pretty sad state of affairs. -

Morning all, Collecting yesterday's timber then finish a very small willow dismantle that the customer's son in law started, then realised there is more to it, including waste disposal. We will be playing Jack Straws with the brash he piled up.

You were spot on there Doug. I had felt some doubt about two of their lads having met them last week, but all went well in the end. Job went really well and turned a decent profit.

Morning all, Last conifer dismantle this week, with our feathered friends thinking of nesting. Got builders on same site, but they can use the other driveway, away from the tree. Nonetheless I will follow advice given in another recent thread. As well as signs cones and tape, we will block access to our drop zone with the first branches to come off. Have a good day all.

Morning all, We walked in Victoria Park in Glasgow yesterday and saw some of the remains of the storm damage. Looked as a if a mini tornado had run through one section, judging by the pattern of damage. Looking like a very wet and windy drive home later this morning.
