  1. I tried it a few years back waste of time for me just price tarts or that's what I found!!👎👎
  2. Got it off😁 looks clean so I will put it back together tomorrow and see what happens! Thanks for your help👍
  3. Do I prise it out with a knife? Sorry I'm not brilliant with carbs!!
  4. A picture of the inside of the bowl
  5. Could that be the black cap near the bowl?
  6. I've found some numbers on the carb but I'm struggling to match them up as yet. I will pop down in the morning and try and find an engine number if no good. I think I will ring a dealer on Monday and see if they have any ideas! Thanks
  7. Hi Neil I'm after a v twin 23hp with a bit of a weird spec are you an engine dealer?
  8. I've cleaned the carb out and put the bowl seal back in place (it was not in position when I opened it don't know if it sprang off when I opened it?) the engine was hunting and then cutting out as soon as under load. The fuel line was withered also so I've changed that and done this clean. It may work now but I'm not overly hopeful! Would a walbrough carb fit? I might try and Nick one of another engine that I know I can get parts for(I have s couple of Hondas in the workshop)
  9. Thanks both would I be better just trying to find a replacement do you think? And if so what type can fit it? Many thanks
  10. Hi can anyone identify this carb please? I either want s new one or a kit a the main seal on the bowl has withered. Also needs a new air filter. It say Tecumseh and 46 on the bowl and 187 on the bowl nut can't find any more numbers Many thanks in advance
  11. Big thanks to Bob apsenarb bolts arrived this morning. Better service than some of the online retailers!! Thanks a lot Richard
  12. The Hondas are expensive but good maybe a bit overpriced. The top end Hondas are overpriced as they are the kaaz clones which there are loads of cheaper but essentially the same. Not sure which other mowers are in 40kg category?
  13. Your right it's no good if there are steps. I use a little 18 inch Honda izy for those but no stripes. Steps are a problem because light mowers aren't that strong to take the abuse unless you can actually carry it. But strong mowers are too heavy.
  14. No doubt they are heavy leave a really good finish though!
  15. Have you looked at the 19 inch lawnflite pro? I think they are on suburu engines now but it may be slightly over budget. I've got the 21 and it's very good.
  16. I need 2 but want half a dozen so I've got a few spares! It's off a big mower and they shake themselves loose if I'm not careful enough to check them often enough! Just found some on eBay for £5
  17. I've seen on l and s engineers £8.17 for 1 bolt which is mad but I may have to pay up!!
  18. Hi all as title I need to source some of these bolts 1 inch 7/16 unc not unf. Does anyone know if any suppliers? Many thanks in advance
  19. I pay £450 plus services for 10m by 8m industrial unit. It is secure but still a lot of cash for not a lot of space!
  20. I did say appearing to be! And bullying is not just physical abuse. I was subjected to both at school because I was small and from a farm. I got bigger and got on in life. A lot of those bullies are in prison now some have since apologised. I'm 6ft 2 and 15 stone now. It's not your politics that bother me its your way of talking to people.
  21. That does not stop you appearing at least to being a bully. Not a nice thing
