In my opinion in this case the Cons Area is largelly irrelevant, the TO should be asking for an AIA and possibly method statement anyway, so treat as you would any Application. Hope that helps. -

spent a couple of days at the Warrenpoint Blues festival with the Groundhogs after TS had gone, they had an American guitar player with them (good but no Tony) nice couple of guys, plenty of tales and Guiness.

I dream of walking into a second hand shop and finding a mint copy of 'Growers of Mushroom' my current band plays this kind of stuff, British Invasion blues, Hendrix, Zeppelin etc. still goes down a storm.
